There's not too much info on this bootleg around the Internet. It's supposedly from '89, printed in Iraq and features six pictures of Pinhead on the cover. The sound on this bootleg is somewhat abysmal, to put it mildly, and thus only recommended for completionists and collectors.The setlist is the following:
